Our profiles are custom made to your specifications, with a reasonable mold fee for special shapes. We also offer a selection of standard sizes for quick and economical production runs.
Product Lines
- Diffused Continuous Profile for Linear Lighting
Designed for seamless and homogeneous light distribution, this profile is ideal for continuous linear lighting applications. Available in glossy or satin surface finishes to diffuses LED light effectively.
- Light-Shaping Asymmetric / Batwing Profiles
Engineered for precise beam control, this profile produces an asymmetric or batwing light distribution, directing illumination exactly where it’s needed. Perfect for wall washing or task-oriented fixtures. Fully customizable in shape, angle, and dimensions to meet specific requirements.
Each lens can be custom-cut or supplied in continuous lengths of up to 30 meters, delivering smooth, uninterrupted lines of light without visible joins. This flexibility ensures a clean, continuous light line and simplifies installation.
The continuous lenses can be rolled and shipped compactly, reducing packaging volume and logistics costs while making handling easier on site. Installers can simply unroll, cut, and mount the profile directly into their fixture assembly. They can be ordered including coextruded TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) hooks, providing a secure fit to aluminum profiles housings. The TPE feature allows quick installation, reliable grip, and easy replacement.
Custom Lens Development
We specialize in customized optical lens design and production to ensure perfect integration between optics, housing, and LED source.
How it works:
- Customer Drawing Submission: You provide your profile design in CAD format (STEP or DWG). This serves as the starting point for mold design and tooling.
- Mold Design & Fabrication: Our engineering team develops a custom extrusion mold, ensuring a perfect mechanical fit with your aluminum housing.
- Optical Formulation: We select or tailor optical-grade PMMA or PC materials with the right transmittance and haze levels to meet your requirements.
- Sample Optimization: For best results, we may request your aluminum profile and LED bar to fine-tune optical performance and light distribution.
- Alternative Sampling: If the aluminum and the LEDs are not available, we can provide evaluation samples featuring few optical property variations to help you select the most suitable one.
