Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No — Hexatron has no minimum order quantity. You can order exactly the quantity you need, whether that’s a small trial batch or a full production run.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We provide free samples of our optical films, prismatic sheets, light guide plates, and diffuser panels, shipped worldwide at no charge, along with datasheets and application guidance from our optical engineering team. Standard lead time for custom samples is typically 7–10 business days.
What certifications do your products meet?
Our optical-grade materials are RoHS, REACH, and PFAS-free certified, with UL certification available. Full certification documentation is available on request.
Can you manufacture custom or OEM/ODM specifications?
Yes. We produce custom-cut optical films, bespoke extrusion profiles, and precision laser-cut components built to your exact specifications — held to ±0.3 mm tolerance on cut-to-size dimensions and supplied in both roll and cut-to-size formats — with OEM/ODM pricing and no lead-time penalty for standard custom sizes.
Do you manufacture your products in-house?
Yes. All of our optical components are produced in-house at our own facilities in Asia, on dedicated extrusion, laser-cutting, and optical-tooling lines. In-house manufacturing gives us direct control over optical quality, dimensional tolerances, and lead times at every order size.
